MP Shiv Sena Priyanka Chaturvedi on Sunday resigned as a presenter on the state-run Sansad TV channel in protest. on the suspension of twelve MPs including her from Rajya Sabha for her “unruly behavior” last week. Ms. Chaturvedi expressed her displeasure over the suspension of the Senate, saying it was “unprecedented in the history of parliament.”
